Metal Repair

Abrasion Resistant


Wear Guard™ abrasion-resistant systems protect many types of industrial equipment from abrasion damage with the addition of silicon carbide or alumina ceramic beads. Wear Guard™ products withstand punishment that would put unprotected equipment out of service, handling particulates from less than 1/16" to less than 1/2" and operating temperatures up to 450F.

Epoxies


Epoxy Adhesives are used for structural bonding, potting and encapsulation, and come in a variety of cure times and package sizes. They are designed for a wide range of rigid substrates such as metals, ceramics, phenolics, and wood with cure times from less than one minute.

Methacrylates


Methacrylates Adhesives are toughened structural adhesives for difficult-to-bond engineered plastics, composites, unprepared metals, ceramics, and dissimilar substrates. They require little or no surface preparation and cure at room temperature.

UV Adhesives


Tru-Bond™ light-cured adhesives offer the flexibility of unlimited open time plus the productivity of instant cure when exposed to UV light. Formulas come in a variety of viscosities and are designed to bond a variety of substrates.

Castable Urethanes


Flexane®, versatile urethane compounds are used to make fast, economical, long-lasting rubber repairs to equipment such as conveyor belts and rubber rolls.

Urethane Adhesives


Devcon urethanes are primerless, fast setting two-part systems for high performance bonding of a wide variety of substrates such a steel, aluminum, copper, galvanized metals ABS, urethane, and composites.

Anti-seize & Lubricants


Permatex® Anti-Seize Compounds and Lubricants work to protect mated metal parts against in-service rusting, corrosion, friction, and galling and lubricate a wide array of machinery moving parts and components.

CA - General Purpose


Permatex® Zip Grip® General Purpose (GPE) Instant Adhesives are fast-curing cyanoacrylates in a range of viscosities. GPE or stay-in-place gels are ideal for vertical or inverted surfaces that fill a variety of gaps.

CA - Rubber Toughened


Permatex® Zip Grip® Rubber Toughened (TE) Instant Adhesives are Toughened Ethyl versions modified with elastomeric compounds to improve impact, peel and general toughness. They also exhibit higher temperature and moisture resistance than standard formulas.

CA - Surface Insensitive


Permatex® Zip Grip® Surface-Insensitive (SIE) Instant Adhesives overcome the slow fixturing or no-cure conditions that exist with acidic surfaces or very dry environments.These formulas bond to difficult-to-bond- surfaces.

CA - Low Odor


Permatex® Zip Grip® Low Odor (LO) Instant Adhesives are low odor formulations virtually eliminate irritation to the eyes and nose.
