Customer Service Representative -

ITW Devcon, a worldwide producer of specialty adhesives and coatings, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative.

You will be responsible for inside sales and order processing activities.  Duties will include responding to all customer needs and requests, processing orders, maintaining pricing, approving returned goods and completing appropriate paperwork.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of experience, strong verbal/written communication skills, experience with PC's & proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will present a professional demeanor and possess the ability to effectively interact with all departments within the company.

MRO Sales Representative - Texas -

ITW Devcon, a worldwide producer of specialty adhesives and coatings, has an opening for an aggressive, applications oriented Sales Representative.
 
You will sell to Distribution and key MRO accounts in Houston and the surrounding area, and report to the Regional Sales Manager. Requires ability to target key accounts and develop new opportunities using a hands-on, problem solving, product application approach.
 
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree, 3-7 years related sales experience, and familiarity in MRO adhesive/sealants and processing industries.

MRO Sales Represenative - Ohio -

ITW Devcon, a worldwide producer of specialty adhesives and coatings, has an opening for an aggressive, applications oriented Sales Representative.

Accounting Assistant -

ITW Devcon, a worldwide producer of specialty adhesives and coatings, has an opening for an Accounting Assistant.

You will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions including but not limited to: processing A/P invoices, weekly check runs, monthly wire transfers, 1099 forms, cycle counts and inventory adjustments; providing financial data to other departments; performing invoicing and mailing invoices; as well as responsible for daily mail distribution and coordination of customer literature requests.
Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business, 3+ years relevant work experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with PCs and MS Office. JD Edwards experience a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess the above requirements and be a driven, detail-oriented, team player who is eager to learn and grow.
